Management Systems International (MSI), A Tetra Tech Company, needs an Electrical Engineer in Europe for construction of New US Embassy Compound with State Dept.
Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) in Podgorica, Montenegro. Requires a US Govt. Secret Security Clearance.

- The position is expected to last 30-36 months and candidates need to stay a minimum of 18 months.
- Housing and transportation allowances provided.
- Uplift includes 10% of base salary
- Benefits (medical, dental, vision, 30 days paid time off a year, paid round trip flights home)
Position Description
You will :
- Provide the NEC project with a full range of critical engineering, construction quality assurance, and technical oversight.
- Perform technical inspections of electrical work, monitor construction contractor's quality control program, and review project drawings to ensure compliance.
- Observe on-site construction and make sure construction elements are being installed, formed, and executed properly.
- Monitor construction progress regarding project schedule and submit weekly progress reports with recommendations based on technical review of project documents and field inspections.
Requirements
- US Govt. Secret Clearance or higher
- US Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Current US PE license can substitute for degree
- 7 years construction experience
- ABET accredited international degree accepted in lieu of US Bachelor’s or US PE
