Your Key Responsibilities :

Portfolio Manager for Fixed Income ETFs handling primary market activity for the product suite

Work with FI team to help determine optimal portfolio replication strategy to minimize tracking error to index as the product size evolves

Understand the Index criteria across the competitive landscape to provide details on fund performance

Work closely with trading desk to determine optimal execution strategies for mitigating execution shortfall while limiting risk

Contribute to product development process along with the broader team

Contribute to platform growth by engaging with members of the sales team and clients as needed

Your Skills & Experience :

At least 2 years’ experience in Fixed Income Portfolio Management

Index-tracking portfolio management experience preferred

Bond trading experience a plus

Ability to work within small team in a high growth environment

Knowledge of Aladdin a plus

Advanced degree or CFA a plus

Expectations

It is DWS’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the NYC office in accordance with the firm’s hybrid working model.

DWS provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability and / or religion.

The salary range for this position in New York City / California is $108,000 to $167,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education and other qualifications.

Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
