This role is remote and prefer the candidate to live in the Cincinnati OH area

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their HCM requirements, business processes, and goals.
  • Lead the implementation of iSolved HCM software, including system setup, data migration, integrations, and user training ensuring the customer's employee data, payroll, time and attendance and HR business processes are configured accurately.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients during the implementation process, addressing questions, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, to ensure successful implementations
  • Conduct thorough testing of the HCM system to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance with client requirements.
  • Deliver comprehensive end-user training and documentation to ensure successful adoption of the HCM software.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of implementation methodologies, tools, and templates.
  • Adhere to company and departmental policies.
  • Builds solution, customer, and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate internal and external resources.
  • Adding more complex client builds, taking on clients with more products, continuing to grow as an HCM within the iSolved platform.
  • Assist IMP Manager with weekly meetings and training of new hires.
  • Contributing expertise with updating day to day processes.
  • Collaborating with the IMP Manager on a mentorship program to scale up our existing HCMs.

WHO ARE YOU :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as an HCM Implementation Specialist or in a similar role, with a focus on HCM software implementation or SaaS environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HCM concepts, processes, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with HCM modules, including core HR, payroll, benefits administration, talent management, and workforce analytics.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively train end-users.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong technical aptitude and capabilities.
