We are a full-service, one-stop-shop Allstate Insurance Agency dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
We are seeking a licensed insurance customer service representative to join our team. If you have a 4-40 or 20-44 license and experience in personal lines insurance, wed love to hear from you!
Position Overview :
The licensed insurance customer service representative will play a key role in managing the day-to-day servicing of insurance policies, assisting policyholders, and supporting our agents.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of insurance experience, focusing on personal lines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist policyholders with insurance inquiries, billing, policy updates, and coverage explanations
- Identify and discuss cross-sale opportunities with existing clients
- Provide administrative support to agents and office staff as needed
- Manage office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records
- Handle incoming client calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional service
- Process renewals, endorsements, and other policy-related changes
Qualifications :
- MUST have an active 4-40 Customer Representative license or 20-44 Personal Lines Agent license
- MINIMUM of 2 years of insurance experience, preferably in personal lines insurance
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Allstate experience is a plus but not required
Compensation & Benefits :
- Annual salary starting at $40,000 (negotiable depending on licenses and prior experience)
- Compensation for new business production in addition to salary
- 80 hours of Paid Time Off after 90 days
- Health, dental, and vision insurance available
- Office hours :
- Monday - Thursday : 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- Friday : 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM (30-minute lunch break)
