Account Executive / Inside Sales
A leading online marketplace that attracts 8 million visitors a month seeking legal services is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business acquisitions.
As an Account Executive you will consult with attorneys and legal practices regarding the #1 industry leading online marketplace for the legal industry.
This inside sales role focuses on expanding the company’s leading online marketing and advertising services for the legal professionals and plays a critical role in driving the company's new business growth.
Prior sales experience is required. We are ideally seeking individuals with prior B2B inside sales experience as an SDR, BDR, or Account Executive.
We are open to select candidates with experience in complementary sales roles (direct sales, B2C, door-to-door) who are seeking to break into tech sales.
Account Executive / Inside Sales Rep Responsibilities :
- Acquire new accounts through outbound calling.
- Qualify leads from marketing efforts directed at existing clients.
- Conduct daily marketing consultations via phone / video to identify and match marketing opportunities with the best level of service for each client.
- Manage the full sales cycle by presenting and educating prospects regarding the company’s advertising solutions and other products, managing negotiations, and closing sales.
- Maintain and manage a portfolio of clients, developing strong relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Account Executive / Inside Sales Rep Requirements :
- 1+ years of full sales cycle experience (prospecting, generating proposals, carrying a quota) with an emphasis on consecutive selling, preferably in SaaS or related services is preferred
- Prior experience as a SDR with no closing experience is ok - will train the right candidates.
- Experience with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management software, and a working knowledge of Google Suite is a plus.

Compensation : This is a base + commission role with an on-target first-year earnings of $75,000-$80,000. Top producers currently earn in the $100,000 to $120,000 range.
Flexible schedule start as early as 8 : 00am or as late as 9 : 00am. This is a hybrid work opportunity and requires commuting three days a week into the Newark office.
