The Recruiter will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to join Consigli Construction. This individual will partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs across all departments and regional offices, aligning recruitment strategies with both immediate and long-term workforce planning. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting the company's continued growth through strategic talent acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver strategic talent acquisition solutions that align with business objectives and support organizational growth.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume and critical roles.
- Collaborate with department leaders and regional offices to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing recruitment processes and tools, addressing both immediate hiring needs and long-term talent goals.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or relevant field.Experience with Sage Recruit Technology, or other applicable applicant tracking systems.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
