Takecharge in tracking leads assessing their quality and quantity forcontinuouslearning.
Engagein regular KPI reviews with Field Marketing Representativesoffering constructive guidance and celebrating collectivesuccesses.

Requirements
3 years of field marketing experience or a related roledemonstrating your commitment tomentorship.
Strongmanagement abilities and attention to detail with a focus onfostering teamgrowth.
Excellentcommunication skills emphasizing relationship building and teamcollaboration.
Provenexperience in motivating and developing field marketing teamsemphasizing mentorship and teamdevelopment.
Familiaritywith CRM tools and / or performance measurement methodology to trackleads andsales

Project Manager Requirements : Proven experience in accountmanagement, project management, or a similar role. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
