This position is responsible for the development, management and reporting of systems in Human Resources related to the management of the personnel required functions.
This position requires a strong attention to detail and focus on process development and systems management.
Position Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business or related field preferred. High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Valid Alaska Driver’s License, PHR or SPHR preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are mandatory.
