PMO Technical Analyst

Responsibilities : PMO Analyst

• Managing small enterprise / special projects within the PMO structure and effectively communicate project status with different stakeholders.
• Monitoring report trends, technology requests over time and communicate / escalate findings appropriately.
• Entrusted with project administrative activities in planning, delivery, and implementation to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Responsible for project documentation as assigned by Project or Program Managers such as issue / action item logs, risk logs, project meeting agendas, and project meeting minutes.
• Assisting Project Managers and other stakeholders with understanding and applying the project governance processes and procedures.
• Working with key contributors to ensure that report contents are assembled on time.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess extensive knowledge of MS Office applications. Must have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be able track milestones for these complex technical initiatives.
• Must want to develop and utilize Stakeholder & Relationship management skills.
• Possess the ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
• Must possess1 or more years of experience in technology PMO Analyst role. Need to possess Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.)
• Possess organization skills and communication skills to collaborate with Technical and Non-Technical team members
