Position Description :

WHAT DOES THE ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR DO?
- Provides wide range of office administration to support all service lines.
- Receives, distributes and scans office mail.
- Coordinates and schedules meetings as directed.
- Assists as needed with logistics of trainings and special events including vendor relations, facilities setup, ordering material.
- Drafts companywide communications as requested by leadership and Corporate HR including posts in Teams channels.
- Performs data entry and filing tasks as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be based in Pensacola or outlying area, primarily working in-office.
- Must possess a v alid driver's license and ability to drive locally, as needed.
- Flexibility of work hours outside of set schedule, as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
