WHAT DOES THE ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR DO?

  • Provides wide range of office administration to support all service lines.
  • Receives, distributes and scans office mail.
  • Coordinates and schedules meetings as directed.
  • Assists as needed with logistics of trainings and special events including vendor relations, facilities setup, ordering material.
  • Drafts companywide communications as requested by leadership and Corporate HR including posts in Teams channels.
  • Performs data entry and filing tasks as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be based in Pensacola or outlying area, primarily working in-office.
  • Must possess a v alid driver's license and ability to drive locally, as needed.
  • Flexibility of work hours outside of set schedule, as needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
