Job Description
The primary role of a Lease Administrator is to actively coordinate and participate in all functions of Real Estate Administration.
Those functions include but are not limited to Administration of Leases, Real Property Agreements, Real Property Records, Real Property Payments, and various forms of Real Property Leases.
This position will share the responsibility of establishing best practices in the areas of Real Estate and Land Administration functions, timely payments of contractual obligations per executed Real Estate Agreements, and ensuring compliance with company and department policies and standards as related to Real Estate activities.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the tenant improvement / construction allowance submissions to landlords by tracking construction timelines and document requirements.
- Analyze year-end reconciliations from Landlords for CAM, Insurance, and Real Estate Taxes are accurate and reflect true costs
- Processes lease documents and manages the property requirements
- Update landlord information in lease management system as needed
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments
- Contribute real estate updates for company reporting purposes

Excellent project management and prioritization skills, delegates as needed, within an ever-changing environment, Financial acumen, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) suites and CAD programs, Superior communication skills both written and verbal, that communicate clear, effective messages
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law, or an Associate’s degree; Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Real Estate Lease Administration, Accounting, Finance, Law, or Property Management;
Multi-unit lease administration preferred.
- Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Required to stand and walk;
- talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms;
differentiate colors. Must have the ability to lift and small carry parcels, packages and other items up to 25lbs, and to walk short distances.
