Job Description
Established organization is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team! Pay range : $26-28 / hr.
Responsibilities :
- Administering employee onboarding / offboarding
- Managing recruitment and interviewing processes
- Handling employee relations and conflict resolution
- Assisting with performance management and evaluations
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Coordinating employee training and development programs
- Processing payroll and managing benefits administration
- Maintaining employee records and HR databases
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 2-5 years of HR experience (recruiting, benefits, employee relations)
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP)
- Conflict resolution and employee relations experience
- Performance management and training coordination
- Payroll and benefits administration experience
- HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
