Job Description
Utilizes commercial kitchen equipment, standard recipes, and procedures to prepare menu items while ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation protocols in the kitchen area of a large, high-volume food service facility.
Implements batch cooking techniques to maintain proper temperature and quality of all items.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in large quantity cooking and basic math skills.
- Ability to comprehend, follow, and execute standard recipes and procedures, as well as operate various general and commercial kitchen equipment.
- Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively within a team, and demonstrate efficiency in work performance.
Preferred Qualifications
ServSafe certification and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
