Addison Group’s client is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their team in Washington DC! The pay-rate is $24-31 / hour .

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain templates for commonly used contract documents
  • Draft and edit policies and procedures, memoranda, and other written materials, as directed
  • Negotiate and draft contract terms and conditions
  • Provide technical knowledge to contractors in the development stages of their contracts
  • Review and comment on memoranda related to contracting issues
  • Update specifications and terms for amended contracts
  • Responsible for processing invoices another duties assigned

Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of experience working in a paralegal office
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Paralegal certification
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
  • Knowledge of JIRA
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
