Responsibilities :
- On-site Scheduling for existing patients
- Documenting and Communicating all details of each appointment with the patient
- Serve as a liaison between patients and medical staff
- Manage the scheduling queue
- Maintain scheduling templates
- Answer incoming scheduling calls
- Demonstrates an understanding for patient confidentiality to protect the patient and the clinic / corporation.
- Follows policies and procedures to contribute to the efficiency of the office.
- Other duties as requested and assigned
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Word.
- Minimum two years of medical business office experience with patient interaction.
