Job Specifications :

• Pay Rate : $40 / hr - $45 / hr, based on experience
• 100% In-Office

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage advertising and marketing campaigns, focusing on digital marketing initiatives.
• Organize and coordinate participation in trade shows, including major events like McCormick Place and Donald E. Stevenson convention center.
• Negotiate with venue providers and other stakeholders to ensure optimal event execution.
• Collaborate with the business development team to support marketing efforts on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Ensure seamless transition and knowledge transfer by training with the current supervisor.
• Oversee the preparation and distribution of demo materials and handouts for trade shows.
• Maintain regular communication with remote team members and colleagues.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Proven experience in advertising, marketing, and trade show coordination.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
