Job Summary
Location : Philadelphia, PA - 5 days / week on-site

- Starting with Hardware Support for Dell OptiPlex and Latitude workstations, including configuring, shipping, and collecting them from remote workers.
Required Skills :
- Desktop deployment experience with configuration / imaging
- Detailed resume with 5+ bullet points outlining experience.
- Reliable work history and work ethic including references who attest to this
- Strong customer service attitude and sense of urgency with a proactive approach
- Enthusiastic answers / personality
- Ticketing system experience
- Reliable, competent problem solver who can multitask through a busy day
