We are seeking an exceptional Sales Operations Manager Commission Plans that can drivesales operations, lead sales plan design and administration while providingvaluable analytics and reporting to our sales and finance leadership.

This strategic role empowers sales operations and alignsour sales planning with Egnyte’s overall business objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

  • Drive revenue growth, and ensureEgnyte is one step ahead of where we need to be from a sales operations and sales commission planning perspective
  • Streamline sales processes and manage implementation of necessary solutions
  • Design commission plans for all quota carrying sales roles and lead annual sales compensation planning process
  • Work with Sales, Finance and HR leadership to provide insights, operations, and strategies that motivate ourSales team to succeed
  • Develop analytics and dashboard capabilities while ensuring data accuracy for territories, payouts, account hierarchy, pipeline aging, and related tasks
  • Proactively work with sales teams to provide prompt support on questions regarding sales commission plans, payouts, etc.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations and sales plan design, a sales background is a plus
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales processes and methodologies in a scaled sales organizationthrough significant growth periods
  • In-depth knowledge of sales commission plan design and administration, ideally with high growth SaaS companies
  • Strong analytical andproblem solvingskills
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
  • Experience supporting a global sales team at a SaaS company
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel, Salesforce, and Xactly

COMPENSATION :

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple . geographiclocations, andpay varies based on defined markets.

The standard base pay range for this position across the . is $90,000k to $150,000k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and / or experience.
