Benefits :As a Conserva Irrigation Technician you are a self-starter who has been in the industry and has already developed a professional approach to irrigation.
You will be responsible for repairs and meeting with clients. Troubleshooting, Head to Head coverage, installing smart controllers and flow sensors.

TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work independently with Clients.
- Using our software to perform 50-point inspections of irrigation system.
- Installing spray / rotor / drip zones, smart controllers, flow sensors, valves, rotors, etc
- time management and expectation management
LEARNING ON THE JOB
- Work independently, yet be part of a team.
- Assess residential irrigation systems through our proven SES sales process
- Assess commercial irrigation systems through our proven CSA sales process
- Advance to a Sr. technician role where you can finally put away your shovel for good
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of irrigation industry experience
- Clean driving record
- Motivation to earn production bonuses
- Ability to work regular physical labor
