Ascent Hospitality is looking for a uniquely qualified hospitality leader to join our team as a Regional Director of Sales!
Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director to join our team. As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales and operations of multiple locations within the Alabama and Mississippi region.
This is a leadership role that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Analyze sales data and generate reports for senior management
Experience :
- Proven track record in customer service, technical sales, business development, or related field
- Strong background in outside sales, account management, or sales management
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel within the region as required
