BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager IV for a Remote opportunity.

Position Title : Project Manager IV

Location : Remote

Anticipated Start Date : 10 / 7 / 2024

Expected Duration : 6 Months

Job Type : Contract - FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)

Pay Range : $53.48 / hr-$88.25 / hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.

g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Core responsibilities :

Project manage all aspects of the careers site, utilizing PM tools / systems

Manage and brief agency partners, enabling them to do their very best work

Drive alignment and partner closely with cross-functional teams across Client's recruiting products vertical

Develop measurable KPIs and track performance to provide data-backed insights to optimize current structures and find new opportunity areas

Be the expert in Client's employer brand voice, tone, and visual identity

Apply systems thinking to the product, whether it's conducting audits of existing experiences or creating information architecture.

Create or contribute to high-fidelity design mockups using Figma.

Heavily collaborate with partners across disciplines, including engineering, design and marketing, to take user experiences from conception to launch.

Demonstrate sound judgment and help shape careers site narratives, along with employer brand team direction and strategy.

Independently and proactively identify and work on projects that span multiple careers site verticals.

Develop strategic creative briefs that align to the business objectives, brand strategy and goals of the employer brand team.

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of project management experience

3+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, product management, or product design

Experience working in a fast paced environment, thriving amidst ambiguity while ensuring executional excellence

Experience in leading and working in matrixed teams and organizations

A working knowledge of best practices in content design, product design and user flows

Must-Have Skills

1 Website design expertise (adjust wire frames, create content on backend, familiar with CMS)

2 Project management experience

3 UX design experience / Figma experience

Nice-to-have Skills

1 Prior people management experience (influencing role)

2 Experience in recruitment marketing or employer brand with career sites

3 PMP cert.

Years of Experience : 8+ years of experience
