Description
We are seeking a talented Project Manager to support our Change Management Program Manager with a wide range of change initiatives, including new solutions, strategic business goals, outreach and adoption, user pilots and user forums.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in transformational technology improvement initiatives, including project managing technology solutions and implementation activities.
You have deep expertise managing complex, cross-functional projects requiring a resourceful and detailed-oriented individual with analytical and organizational skills to effectively drive timelines.
Experience implementing global HR processes and technology is preferred, including functional experience with ServiceNow and Workday.
Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success.
Key Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in project management
- 7+ years of experience in leading successful enterprise-wide projects
- Exceptional project management, highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proven experience managing global complex projects and large implementations
- Effectively capture and communicate timelines, decisions and project details
- Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks on tight timelines
- Drive decisions, alignment and action, keeping projects on track
- Proven experience designing and documenting business requirements and processes
- Create comprehensive project plans including : assignments, tasks, dependencies, deliverables, milestones and due dates,
- Comfortable with identifying and communicating project risks and barriers
- Experiences with developing project materials for weekly meetings, kickoffs, stakeholder presentations and user forums
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects, and adjust quickly as required
- Operate effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships
- Attentive to detail, anticipating scenarios to plan for
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- Familiar with project collaboration / management tools such as Slack, Wrike and Quip
- Knowledgeable in project management methodologies and tools, including Agile
Education
Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant work experience.
