Position Description
The HR Coordinator will support and coordinate TPG recruiting searches, projects, and administration. The Coordinator will assist the Talent Acquisition and client teams in all aspects of the search process and recruiting programs.
They will manage processes with close attention to detail, create and support all search materials, and provide recruiting client service.
The ideal candidate will be proactive and possess strong operational, communication, and database / documentation skills.
This role is crucial to the success of the recruiting process in delivering efficient and effective service to internal clients and building strong TPG teams for the future.
Additionally, this role will support broader HR team coordination, working across Learning & Engagement, DEI, and other functional areas.

Core Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of candidate scheduling, providing timely process management and high-quality candidate experience;
this involves complex scheduling both in-person and virtual
- Manage candidate travel booking, itineraries, and expense reimbursements
- Lead coordination for searches, including scheduling kick-off calls, regular status update call series, and managing candidate trackers
- Support recruiters in candidate pipeline movement, collecting feedback and managing next steps
- Manage the full recruiting process in the Greenhouse recruiting database. Coordinate position specifications, scorecards, data entry, status updates, interviewer feedback, etc.
- Pull weekly recruiting reports
- Provide additional recruiting administrative support, such as organization of search materials, job descriptions, and retainer information
- Manage recruiting email box, responding to inquiries in a professional manner
- Coordinate and execute events across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- Showcase the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism by maintaining composure under pressure.
- Conduct work and projects in a proactive manner, and guard confidential information with the utmost care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-5 years of administrative experience in recruiting or other HR function involving high-volume scheduling and database management
- Able to build strong relationships and good rapport with candidates, clients, and colleagues
- Maintains the accuracy, quality, and integrity of all recruiting information and data
- Develops and implements process improvements
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable collaborating with all levels of an organization, receiving and providing complex and confidential information
- Proactive, humble, team-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities on a tight timeline
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate crisply and clearly
