As Shipping Coordinator at Specto Technology, you will be responsible for handling the shipping and receiving process for the company.

This includes checking inbound goods against purchase orders, processing them in the ERP system, and ensuring that inventory is properly stored and organized.

You will also prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring they are packed securely and coordinating with couriers for timely deliveries.

Reporting to our Production Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

• Receiving inbound shipments
• Checking goods received against purchase orders and packing lists
• Processing received items in the ERP system (including entering item serial numbers, as required)
• Putting items away on shelves
• Preparing outgoing shipments
• Packing goods ready for shipment (small package UPS and Freight)
• Preparing and printing shipping labels
• Coordinating with couriers
• Arranging freight pickups
• Managing inventory
• Ensuring inventory is stored in an organized manner
• Creating new bins for new products received, as needed
• Assisting with periodic stock counts

You are someone who has :

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
• Previous experience in shipping and logistics, preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments
• Ability to lift 50lbs

The compensation range for this position is $50,000-$60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
