Bilingual English-Spanish Shipping Coordinator Needed in Edison NJ
We are currently looking for an experienced Shipping Coordinator who is bilingual English-Spanish, for a distribution center in the Edison NJ area.
Schedule :
Monday-Friday 7 : 00am-4 : 00pm
Requirements :
- Communicating with clients and shippers, resolving complaints.
- Preparing shipping quotes for customers.
- Negotiating shipping fees with couriers.
- Keeping meticulous records of shipment information.
- Processing orders, arranging pickups and deliveries.
- Managing shipment schedules.
- Tracking and documenting incoming and outgoing packages.
- Ensuring all shipping procedures are followed.
- Dispatching
Professional and Attitudinal Requirements :
- Bilingual English-Spanish a must!
- Shipping experience a must!
- Dispatching experience a must!
- Computer Knowledge
- Reliable transportation a must!
- Detail oriented and ability to multitask
- Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential
