Hours : 8 - 5 - hybrid
Pay : up to $168,000 - 198,000

Requirements :
- 8+ years of employee engagement work experience at a law firm and / or similar professional services setting and have a talent for building programs that inspire and connect people.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Overview :
The Senior Employee Engagement Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative engagement programs that elevate workplace culture, support employee well-being, and drive retention.
You’ll also focus on building an inclusive and vibrant community where attorneys feel connected, valued, and motivated to grow professionally.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and implement innovative engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and employee well-being.
- Develop attorney-specific programs to promote professional integration, morale, and retention.
- Collaborate with leadership across West Coast offices (LA, Bay Area, Salt Lake City) to ensure a thriving work environment.
- Focus on building an inclusive, vibrant community where attorneys feel valued and motivated.
- Oversee new hire integration, including onboarding, workflow integration, and check-ins.
- Partner with HR and wellness leaders to support well-being through wellness programs, mentoring, and morale-building.
- Advance Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) through professional network activities, events, and programming.
- Facilitate mentorship and professional development opportunities for career growth.
- Directly contribute to transforming the employee experience and shaping law firm culture.
