HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST

Salary $65,000 - $80,000 depending on experience. This role is on site every day.
Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist :
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions for current openings
- Manage on-boarding processes and keep accurate files of new hires
- Manage personnel files from employment to termination
- Unemployment and workers comp reports
- Perform bi-weekly, non union, hourly and salary payroll
- Opportunity to work with senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications of the Human Resources Generalist :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- SHRM Certification and CPP a plus
- Onboarding experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
