Group Manager, Product Design (Virtual Expert Platform)

Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in Design, plus 5 years leading and managing a 5-10 designer team, or groups of teams
- Strong track record in people management, talent development, and attracting top talent to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth
- Proven success leading end-to-end projects of significant scale and complexity, from concept to delivery, while effectively working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Experience with enterprise design is a plus
- Deep understanding of product design and demonstrated ability to deliver high quality design output through a team
- Strong business acumen, data fluency, and experience in managing multiple stakeholders and senior leadership expectations
- Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction
- Design, or related field and / or a portfolio demonstrating your strong craft, process, and rigor
Responsibilities
- Act as the design authority for the end-to-end expert experience and expert portal that powers all LIVE service offerings across Intuit
- Foster outside-in, user-centric thinking throughout the entire product process, from vision to touchpoint curation, with a focus on achieving excellence
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to define business and product strategy, drive change across the organization, and ensure alignment
- Develop deep understanding and balance of customer, business, and shareholder needs through cross-functional partnerships and collaboration.
- Lead end-to-end initiatives with extensive scope and complexity, prioritizing innovation and a platform-centric approach
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to design team and cross-functional partners to achieve big swing impacts through experimentation
- Operate with autonomy, providing strategic guidance to leadership while managing a direct team
- Possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to deliver clear and compelling messages that evoke emotional responses, inspire and influence stakeholders, and drive alignment
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $219,000 - 296,500, Southern California $193,000 - 263,500.
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs .
