About the Team

The Dasher & Logistics team supports the millions of Dashers who make up the DoorDash fleet. We're building the world's leading last-mile logistics platform and we believe that in order to accomplish this we'll need to disrupt ourselves a few times along the way! The Dasher Financial team is one such disruption : we're building fintech products that best support the needs of Dashers and gig workers like them.

We are launching a consumer debit card this fall and exploring how we might power instant access to earnings across all gigs, put money back in Dashers' pockets through a rich and expansive rewards program, and help Dashers build credit and save for the long run.

About the Role

You'll help lead the 0-1 development of new fintech businEss cases / products. You will :

  • Set strategy for what bets we invest in
  • Set and own business metrics,
  • Own day to day execution, and
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing
  • to help us build money products into the next big business line for DoorDash

  • Implement - Lead the set up, execution and go-to-market of new product and operational initiatives to improve our fulfillment capabilities

  • You back your decisions up with data and you're comfortable pulling SQL or modeling in Excel

Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location.Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York and Washington.
