We are collaborating with a leading construction company specializing in large-scale multi-family and commercial developments.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Manager to join their special projects team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multi-family or commercial construction projects .
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership : Lead and manage the construction of multi-family or commercial projects, ensuring that work is completed according to plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Budget and Cost Control : Develop and manage project budgets, control costs, and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Scheduling and Coordination : Oversee project scheduling, ensuring all work is completed within the required time frame.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Quality Assurance : Ensure all projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that arise.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 + years of project management experience, specifically in multi-family or commercial construction .
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid) and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with scheduling software such as Primavera or MS Project is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects.
