Requirements :
- Must be 18 years old or older
- High School degree minimum
- Construction background a plus
- A valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75 lbs., walk / work on uneven surfaces, work outside in various weather conditions and from heights.
- Must be willing to wear attire appropriate with safety regulations. Work boots necessary as per ANSI Z-41. Hard hat, safety vest and safety glasses are provided.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
Qualifications :
- General computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel).
- Ability to keep detailed field notes and record data.
- Ability to learn how to read plans and specifications.
- Must be a team player and work well with others.
- Must have good organization skills, the ability to focus on details, and the ability to follow directions, both written and oral.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Must have a desire to learn.
- Good communication (listening, speaking, writing) skills.
- Clean record with CORI and other background checks; must be able to pass random drug tests.
- Occasional weekend availability if necessary.
