General Manager

Little Mountain is in search of a stellar General Manager who will help write our story from day one. We're looking for a natural leader who believes in the power of hospitality to create unforgettable moments and brings both operational excellence and genuine warmth to everything they do.

• A true passion for exceptional service that becomes contagious among your team
• Experience with labor laws, food safety, and important compliance and regulations
• Excellent communication skills across all levels (staff, ownership, guests, vendors)
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina to work long hours in a fast-paced environment
• Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills

• Time spent in the trenches of Michelin-starred restaurants or other high-performing environments where excellence is a way of life
• Previous experience with restaurant openings, product launches, or large scale project management
• A love affair with wine and beverages - whether you're a certified sommelier or just passionate about learning
• Experience in the world of luxury hospitality where every detail matters
• A food journey that might include culinary school, time in kitchens, or adventures meeting farmers and producers
• Experience with special events and private dining management
• A genuine passion for sustainability and supporting local producers
