Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, business development, and account management, with a proven ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage the sales process while fostering strong relationships with clients.
Must have sales B2B experience in a manufacturing environment.
Duties
- Lead and manage the inside & outside sales teams to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing coaching and support to enhance their skills.
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for senior management on performance against targets.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
