Job Description
- Work independently and as part of a team in a client facing environment.

- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
- Maintains laboratory purchased reagents, equipment, and supplies through ordering, logging inventory, and stocking. Determines and responds to material alert levels as required.
- Coordinates sample and reagent transfers / shipments, verifying integrity of received materials.
- Coordinates calibration and preventative maintenance of instruments / devices.
- Scheduling and coordinating calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair work performed by outside contractors.
- Review of vendor documentation in support of preventative maintenance and repair work.
- Initiate, track, and close work records in BMRAM equipment database as needed.
- Performs data entry into quality systems to ensure compliance with standards.
- Completes laboratory documentation and reviews logbook data.
- Complies with all pertinent regulatory agency requirements and maintains inspection readiness
Qualifications
- AAS in a science, business, or related discipline preferred
- High School Diploma required
- May consider another degree discipline with relevant experience
- cGMP experience is desirable.
- Thrive working in a fast-paced environment and can multitask
- Can perform tasks within appropriate timeframes while maintaining accuracy

- Position is full-time Mon-Fri, 1st Shift, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Rensselaer, NYand the surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.
- Compensation range : $19.50 - $21.50.
