Marketing Administrative Assistant
General Summary & Scope
- Log and organize brand submissions and samples, documenting feedback from category teams.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating brand meetings.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of SKUs based on Merchant's discretion, including shelf tag requests and product description changes.
- Initiate promotional offers in Promo Advisor, inputting SKUs and coordinating with the pricing team.
- Execute marketing sign requests and proof materials, keeping product samples and digital assets organized.
- Support the planogram process by submitting pricing requests and managing coding changes.
- Prepare store memos and communication requests, addressing help desk inquiries with solutions.
- Provide general administrative support for brand contacts and vendor meetings as needed.
