Job Title : QC Technician / Inspector - 2nd Shift
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a 2nd Shift Quality Technician, where you will be responsible for inspecting incoming raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
You will act as a coordinator within Quality Operations, ensuring the needs of internal customers are met efficiently. Your role will involve documenting all non-conformances, assisting with investigations related to customer complaints and internal issues, and ensuring compliance with QSR, ISO, and management regulations.
Your duties will include reviewing processes, supporting audits, performing various inspections, coordinating training for new technicians, and participating in process improvement projects.
The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high levels of accuracy in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
Hard Skills
- 2+ years of experience in quality inspection (ISO certified companies preferred)
- Technical proficiency with inspection tools (Calipers, Micrometers, Force Gages, Vision System,
- Ability to interpret drawings, work instructions, and engineering blueprints
- Experience with GMP / GDP documentation
- Experience in cleanroom environments preferred

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Allen, Texas.
Work Environment
This position requires the ability to perform physical activities such as lifting up to 50 lbs and using a pallet jack to move materials.
The role also requires flexibility to work in various Quality Operation areas including Incoming, In-process, Finals, and Electronics as needed.
