We are seeking an Sr Accounts Receivable Analyst to support and drive the transformation of the AR workflow as part of the Order-to-Cash process and leverage transactional data to provide quality business insights.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

  • Partner with Invoicing team, Sales and Customer Success to resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Facilitate payment applications to ensure accurate payment application, including ACH / wires, checks, credit card and chargeback processing
  • Month end reconciliation of collections account and undeposited account (DIT)
  • Perform daily collection effort including executing dynamic collection and communication strategies to optimize collection channels and solutions based on the nature and history of the delinquent accounts
  • Execute and propose processes that will help automate / expedite process / procedures
  • Monitoring of the Accounts Receivable inbox to insure timely response, redirection, or escalation to all internal and external customer inquiries
  • Generate aging reports, collect data and provide metrics around collections as needed
  • Other AdHoc as needed
  • Hours are 8am - 5pm PST

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 3+ years of relevant experience with Mid Tier ERP and handling customer payments
  • Superior working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel is a must
  • Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills including understanding how to tailor messages towards different audiences and conveying the objective clearly
  • Problem solving : An analytical problem solver exercising common sense and practical solutions orientation
  • Accountability : A team player who leads by example, holds self-accountable for performance, takes ownership, and champions of new initiatives
  • Experience with Stripe + Stripe Billing, NetSuite, SalesForce is preferred

COMPENSATION :

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple . geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets.

The standard base pay range for this positionacross the . is $50k - $90k annually. Payvaries by work locationand may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge,and / or experience.
