As a full-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you'll have the chance to control your career in one of our retail stores.

In this role, you will :
- Be assigned to a unit of stores consisting of 2-5 stores within a district where you will be regularly scheduled.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
- work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
- Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
- Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
- Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
- Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Assist with merchandising and operational functions.

We are proud that our sales consultants make a national average of $24.50 per hour with the opportunity to earn more through uncapped commissions.
The estimated average maximum is $58, per year based on a 35-hour work week. Pay will include a base rate of $10.45 / hour with uncapped earning potential through commission.
We offer paid training and a guaranteed a ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.
Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for their first year and 80 hours per year each year thereafter.
You are entitled to minimum requirements for paid sick leave under appropriate state law if applicable.
