As a key member of the Aftertreatment team within Ford Vehicle Propulsion Systems Engineering, you will apply your engineering skills, creativity, and resourcefulness to develop and release exhaust aftertreatment solutions, meeting worldwide tailpipe emissions regulations.

A Technical Specialist for ATS will work with you to provide the technical Coaching required for this job. This is a hybrid role both onsite and remote.

You'll have...

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.

2+ years of experience in emissions development (coursework / internship / co-op experience is allowed).

2+ years of identifying and resolving emissions issues relating to calibration, controls, or exhaust system (coursework / internship / co-op experience is allowed).

Even better, you may have

2+ years of Product Development experience which includes processing and delivering of programs from concept through production (coursework / internship / co-op experience is allowed).

2+ years demonstrating ability to analyze, plan, and solve sophisticated system problems as they relate to engines and emissions.

2+ years demonstrating a fundamental understanding of internal combustion engine function.
