Job Description
Purpose / Description
- The Senior IT Analyst is responsible for conducting training classes by presenting job-specific, company- specific, and generic software applications and personal computer classes, designing computer training manuals and audio visual training components by identifying and describing information needs;
- using desktop publishing; submitting initial versions for review; revising and editing final copy. The Senior IT Analyst will be expected to conduct computer training needs assessments by collecting information pertaining to work procedures, work flow, and reports;
understanding job-specific functions and tasks. This position will work closely with technical writers for document creation and business advocates and SMEs to gather requirements and procedures, working closely with team members.

Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Technology, or closely related degree
Experience Requirements
4+ years experience in a technical training role in an enterprise or educational environment.Familiar with Camtasia, Captivate or similar video production applications.
