Responsibilities of the Billing Analyst :
- The Billing Analyst will process and send bill out to clients on a monthly basis
- Work closely with the Accounting team as well as employees in different departments
- The Billing Analyst is responsible for contacting clients regarding past due invoices
- Update the master billing spreadsheet regularly
Preferred qualifications of the Billing Analyst :
- Prior billing or accounts receivable experience is required
- Strong experience working in the Accounting field, preferably in financial services
- Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and formulas
