Qualifications
Prior AP processing experience
HS Diploma
Proficient in MS Excel
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Invoice processing : Receive invoices, verify their authenticity, approve them, and settle the payment
- Reconciling accounts : Ensure accounts are accurate and reconciled
- Maintaining vendor relationships : Build trust with vendors to help with situations like needing supplies or delaying a due date
- Managing cash flow : Ensure compliance with payment terms and financial regulations
- Analyzing accounts : Analyze accounts on a regular basis to ensure payment accuracy
- Collaborating with other departments : Work with other departments to perform accounting audits
- Researching and approving new vendors : Research and approve new vendors and create new vendor accounts
