Training and Development Specialist
Duration : 6 Month Contract to Full-Time Hire with Client
Start : Aug 1
Location : 100% remote, potential to go onsite 1x / week
Salary : 90-100k
Job description :
- Conduct training and professional development initiatives
- Develop and deliver processes and procedures for operational efficiency
- Manage events, program development, and training delivery projects
- Develop and deliver training curriculum
- Develop and deliver professional development opportunities
- Develop and deliver best practices
- Develop educational materials (courses, curricula, training, etc.)
- Research cutting edge and best practices, peer-reviewed research literature, and existing resources related to educational topics, including subject-matter experts
- Write and design educational materials using best practice for instructional design (including plain language and digital accessibility)
- Tailor educational materials for different and targeted audiences
- Deliver education through presentations, training, and other settings. (Examples include creating online, on-demand, hybrid, and in person training)
- Assist in developing and implementing project workplans
- Prepare and / or contribute to quarterly, annual, and other project update reports
