Key Responsibilities
Advise on U.S. and international payments regulations
Partner with Compliance and Licensing teams on applications and obligations
Draft and negotiate commercial agreements with various stakeholders
Required Qualifications
JD from a top-level law program; preference for U.S. trained lawyers
At least 3-6 years of legal experience in payments or fintech regulation
Strong understanding of domestic and international payments regulations
Experience advising on commercial contracts for fintech or payments companies
Digital assets / crypto regulatory experience is a strong plus
