Real Estate Attorney

Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of one year of experience to join our growing practice.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate law and a passion for helping clients navigate their legal needs in real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leasing, and financing.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and closing documents.
- Conduct title searches and resolve title issues.
- Assist clients with zoning and land use matters.
- Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws and regulations in Virginia.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a real estate attorney.
- Admission to the Virginia State Bar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
