About the Role :
As a critical member of the team, you would :
- Set up and manage both short- and long- term projects, working hand-in-hand with project managers
- Organize and maintain project schedules and resources
- Work cross functionally with many departments to coordinate resources and ensure deadlines are met
- Do data gathering, cleansing, and analysis
- Interact with clients and vendors
Qualifications :
This role requires 2+ years of experience as a project coordinator, administrative assistant, paralegal, or similar legal experience.
You are the ideal candidate if you are highly organized, a fast learner, and thrive in a team-based environment.
