Our client is backed by a top-decile private equity fund with a long history of successful investments in similar industries.

The company is an investment out of its 9th fund, which will have $4.5 billion of committed capital. This is an opportunity to be a Regional Manager of Sales Training for the northwestern region.

This role will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of the sales team through sales training and development.

You'll directly support the National Director of Sales Training in supporting sales teams and on-site trainings. As the primary contact for multiple brands, you'll ensure consistent application of our client's methodology through collaboration with market sales trainers.

Your core focus will be driving measurable sales improvement through targeted coaching and training programs. This includes developing and delivering training on essential areas like sales process, product knowledge and industry insights.

You'll tailor programs for both new hires and veterans. Through data analysis of individual and team sales metrics, you'll identify key improvement areas and create specific training programs to address them from closing rates and financing proficiency to first-call closing percentages and consultative selling techniques.

You'll also partner with trainers and product experts to co-lead sessions and develop engaging training content for sales meetings.

Ultimately, your expertise will empower our sales teams to achieve peak performance.

The Team

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the National Director of Sales Training in leading sales teams and on-site sales trainings
  • Act as primary sales training contact to multiple brands within a defined geographic market
  • Work with market sales trainers to ensure continuity and effectiveness of our client's Sales Methodology
  • Ultimately increase sales teams’ effectiveness, measured by defined KPIs by providing coaching and training focused on sales process skills, product, installation, and industry knowledge
  • Implement new hire sales training for roofing inspectors
  • Implement on-site and remote continued sales training for veteran roofing inspectors
  • Analyze individual and team sales metrics to determine focus areas of training for individuals, sub-sets, and entire market - and regional - sales teams
  • Develop and deliver specific training to increase effectiveness within identified areas or improvement, including : closing rate, NSLI, financing, first call closing percentage, product and installation knowledge, and consultative, customer-centric selling
  • Partner with other Regional Sales Trainers and National Director of Sales Trainings to co-lead trainings, as needed
  • Partner with product knowledge experts in the development and delivery of product knowledge and installation knowledge training to increase sales representatives’ effectiveness
  • Develop and implement sales training topics to be delivered at sales and sales training meetings

Your Professional Qualifications

  • In-home sales experience (preferably in roofing or home improvement
  • Demonstrated successful experience training new - and seasoned - sales reps
  • Consultative sales approach in a one call close environment
