Corporate Senior Executive Chef
Salary : $155,000 - $175,000 + Bonus + Housing + Vacation + more!
Location : Jamaica - Travel around the Caribbean Islands
I’ve partnered with a prestigious luxury resort group that is seeking a highly experienced, corporate-level Senior Executive Chef to join their elite executive team.
This esteemed company operates several five-star all-inclusive resorts throughout the Caribbean, and are looking for a distinguished culinary leader who can uphold and elevate the resort's reputation as a premier destination, ensuring an exceptional culinary experience for all guests.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Executive chefs to develop recipes and innovative menus that meet department goals
- Ensure exceptional quality assurance and product consistency throughout resort
- Hire, train, and mentor a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of culinary skill and teamwork
- Oversee cleanliness of the kitchens and equipment to ensure compliance with legislation
- Manage cost controls, forecasting and inventory management
- Review financial targets to ensure they are being met or exceeded
- Stay current with industry food, equipment, operational and system trends
Key Requirements :
- 10+ years’ experience as a Corporate Chef in an all inclusive setting
- Overseeing approx 10 resorts / hotels simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or a similar field preferred
- Proven experience with food procurement for a multi-unit resort
- Ability to be on the road and travelling
- A well-rounded and motivated culinary professional who can support and inspire team members
- Detail orientated professional with excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
