You’ll focus on our U.S. single-family rental business, contributing to investment and portfolio management, strategic acquisitions, and corporate growth initiatives.

- Engage in financial modeling, conduct in-depth research and perform analysis to drive our corporate growth, acquisition and asset / portfolio management efforts.
- Craft and deliver both internal and external presentations to align and build consensus among key stakeholders.
- Track market and economic trends, providing insights to inform investment strategies and decisions.
- Screen, underwrite, and execute acquisitions of strategic portfolio and build-to-rent communities.
- Collaborate with institutional partners, conduct thorough due diligence, address investor queries and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Participate in strategic corporate expansion and portfolio growth initiatives.
- Assist in investment level management of Tricon's single-family rental portfolio, prepare and review detailed reporting packages, ask critical questions, and develop investment materials / recommendations.
- Work with various departments to foster strong relationships and contribute to growth initiatives.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a top university (preferably in business, economics, or related field) with exemplary academic performance.
- 0-3 years of relevant work or internship experience, including investment banking, consulting, corporate finance or real estate investments / asset management.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
