FINANCE MANAGER - Traject naar CFO - Flexibele uren
Voor een organisatie in het hartje van West-Vlaanderen , gespecialiseerd in metaalbewerking , ben ik op zoek naar een Finance Manager die binnen de organisatie ook in het traject van CFO wil stappen.
De CEO van deze organisatie heeft een achtergrond in Finance en combineert nu zijn eigen rol met de CFO-rol. Hij zou graag deze taken geleidelijk aan doorgeven aan de Finance Manager.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Je zal de leiding nemen in het implementeren van het nieuwe ERP-systeem;
- Je neemt initiatief in het digitaliseren en optimaliseren van processen;
- Je maakt maandelijkse rapporteringen op naar de CEO en Raad van Bestuur;
- Je hebt de globale verantwoordelijkheid over de boekhouding en ondersteunt de Accountants waar nodig;
- Je bent een echte teamplayer en helpt je team waar nodig;
- Kennis van Engels / Frans is een plus;
- Je hebt kennis van PowerBI en allerlei digitale processen.
